Safe to Return

Recovery of self, not substance · CPTSD & long-term suppression

Six weeks in a small group, learning to come home to a body you were taught to override. Nervous-system-first. One live call a week. One platform, no extra apps.

This Is For You

For the ones whose suppression showed up first in the body

You made it through. You just don't always feel like you came all the way back.

To survive what you survived, you went quiet. You learned to override the signal, to perform fine, to keep the tight chest and the gone stomach to yourself. It worked. That is the whole point. Suppression was never the flaw. It was the tool that got you here.

Here is what is true underneath it: your authenticity was never lost. Only suppressed. Still there, in the dark, doing exactly what you asked it to do. Wait. Safe to Return is where you relight it, on purpose, with tools nobody handed you the first time.

You don't have to keep doing this completely alone.

What It Is

Not a course to get through.

A six-week container built to move at the pace of a recovering nervous system.

Everything lives in one place. Each week you get a short concept video to watch before we meet, a handful of journal prompts, and one tool to actually carry through your days. Not a stack of homework. Just enough to keep the thread between calls.

Then we meet live for sixty minutes, and most of that hour is you being witnessed and coached in real time. The teaching is already in the video, so the call is where the actual work happens.

The container holds what you can't hold alone right now.

Every Week

One 60-Minute Live Group Call

A small group, meeting weekly with Britt. You bring what is actually moving in your life and we work it together, out loud, in real time.

Before Each Call

A Short Concept Video

Watched on your own time, before we meet. It front-loads the idea so the live hour is spent on you, not on being lectured at.

Between Calls

Prompts & One Tool a Week

A few honest journal and thought-pattern prompts, plus one quick-reference tool to carry through the week. Small enough to actually do.

All In One Place

Course & Community, One Platform

No extra apps to download, no separate inbox to manage. The videos, the prompts, and the group all live in the same place, together.

The Reclamation Blueprint

Four phases. Not a ladder. A spiral.

Six weeks walk the same four phases the whole practice is built on. You will move through them and back through them again. That isn't failure. That is how this work actually moves.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–2

Awareness

Coming back into the body. Noticing what you've suppressed without rushing to fix it. You can't come home to a body you've taught yourself not to listen to.

Phase 2 · Weeks 3–4

Acceptance

Letting it be true. Dismantling the shame that keeps the noticing in the dark. This is true, and I am still here. Both can be true at once.

Phase 3 · Week 5

Alignment

Sorting what is yours from what isn't. Finding the felt sense of yes in the body. The difference between a choice that opens you up and one that makes you contract.

Phase 4 · Week 6

Audacious Action

Moving from a place of truth. Small, quiet, deliberate. Not from obligation, not for show. The most audacious thing most of us ever do is stop performing.

The Group

You won't be doing this alone.

What feels too heavy alone gets lighter shared. Every single time.

The group isn't a bonus feature bolted onto a course. It is half the point. It is a small circle of people recovering from the same kind of hard, in the same season, at the same time. That is rare, and it is most of what makes this work.

Nobody in your regular life is standing exactly where you are standing. Your group will be. That is the difference between this and every course you've started alone and quietly set down.

You'll come in on your own.
You won't leave that way.

Is This For You?

For the capable, not the broken

You don't need to be in crisis to be here. You need to be a little bit honest, and a little bit ready.

This is for the person recovering from CPTSD or a long stretch of self-suppression, who has done some of the solo work already. The therapy, the reading, the quiet internal reckoning nobody around you can see. You know something wants to shift. You've just been stuck in the gap between knowing and moving longer than you'd like to admit.

This is recovery of self. Not substance recovery, and not a replacement for the support you may already have. It is the next step, taken in company instead of on your own.

This isn't the right fit if you want a rigid step-by-step system, an overnight fix, or a facilitator who has never gotten lost. Britt isn't a guide who found the path by accident. They're someone who lost it, and knows the way back.

Britt Wylde
Meet Britt

The friend who walked through fire first.

My authority here isn't a credential. It's the tools, tested in real time, in my own life, over and over.

I've lived through trauma, spent years figuring out my own neurodivergent brain, come out on my own terms, been through a divorce, and built my family through fostering, adoption, and birth. I'm not going to walk you through all of it here. What matters more is what came out of it.

These tools didn't start as a coaching framework. They started small. A way to stay grounded and connected to myself during meditation, something to hold onto when my brain wanted to leave the room. Then life kept handing me harder rooms to stay in, and the same tools kept working, so I kept building on them.

Safe to Return is those tools, arranged for the season you're in now. Not my whole story. The map I made coming home to my own body, handed to you first.

I'm not your guide because I have it figured out.
I'm your guide because I built the tools while figuring it out.

Questions

What if I can't make a live call?

Every call is recorded and lives in the platform. Live is where the real work happens, but if you miss one, you won't lose the thread. Showing up imperfectly still counts.

Is this substance recovery?

No. This is recovery of self, for people healing from CPTSD and long-term suppression. If you're in other recovery or treatment, this can sit alongside it, not replace it.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching. We work forward from where you are, not backward through your history. If you're in therapy, this complements that work rather than replacing it.

Do I need special apps or software?

No. The videos, prompts, and group all live on one platform. You log in, everything is there. Nothing extra to download or keep track of.

How do I know if I'm ready?

If part of you is asking that question, you probably are. Readiness isn't certainty. It's the willingness to show up for yourself even when it feels uncomfortable.

When does the next round start?

Dates are announced as each round opens. Booking a discovery call, or enrolling now, is the fastest way to hear first and hold your spot.

The Door Is Open

Suppressed isn't broken.
It's just waiting for the light.

You've been waiting for the right time. This is it. Not because everything is in order, but because you're ready to stop waiting for it to be.

Spots are limited each round. When it's full, it's full.
